Fleur de Lys is a warm and welcoming bistro with bedrooms, nestled in the market town of Bampton. The intention is to bring a relaxed, French flair to the Cotswolds, through seasonality and simplicity. Created by Monsieur Olivier Bonte, who grew up, worked and travelled in France. Olivier’s extensive experience - paired with the hospitality ‘know how’ have been brought together to create, what is, the Fleur de Lys.
