Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support a period of strong client growth and expanded service delivery. This is a newly created role within the agency, focused on performance marketing and digital channel optimisation across multiple client accounts.
The role is primarily centred on paid media strategy and execution, with additional responsibility for website updates, email marketing, and ongoing performance reporting. You’ll play a key role in improving campaign efficiency, driving ROI, and helping shape broader digital strategy across the agency’s client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn and Google Ads (PPC/SEM)
Manage ongoing campaign performance, budget allocation, and audience targeting strategies
Produce clear, insight-led performance reporting across all digital channels
Identify optimisation opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Support website updates and landing page improvements to enhance conversion performance
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation flows
Contribute to broader digital strategy development for clients
Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to align paid media with wider campaign objectives
Effectively liaise with the content team to create clear briefs based on data backed successes
Monitor industry trends and platform updates to maintain best practice delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing / performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
Strong hands-on expertise with Ads Manager platforms
Confident managing budgets, performance KPIs, and optimisation strategies
Experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or equivalent) and reporting dashboards
Understanding of landing page performance and conversion optimisation principles
Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
Desirable:
Previous agency experience (strong advantage)
Experience working across multiple clients or sectors simultaneously
Exposure to SEO or wider digital strategy work
